Hanglar & Stanglar

For this one I used up one of my 'precious' Hanglar and Stanglar images that a crafty friend sent to me, isn't she cute?! I also wanted to use a stamp which Susana of Susana's Custom Art and Card Design sent to me among the free gifts she sent with my last order from her. I stamped it on the background card, then again, coloured it with promarkers/copics and cut it out and decoupaged it. I used brads as pegs for each of the 'danglers' to add to the 3D impression. The flower was amongst a pack bought in the USA on my recent trip and I used on of my Martha Stewart border punches on the brown layer. The note pages were made using a Magnolia stamp and the metal embellishment came within a DoCrafts 'goody bag' bought a while ago from the Art Shop at Kelly Bray.

    wow Wynneth - this is fab! love that cute Hanglar lass and all the pretty 'extras' on this card. I have the dogs with me today so am stuck at home - but are you doing anything next Monday? hugs, annie x

    Thanks Annie. I should be home next monday as far as I know. I have a 'lodger' for a couple of days. The friends who cared for Tilly while we went on holiday have a 3 year old and a 4month old Shih Tzu and I have the pup (Bubbles) for a couple of days while they are away. She is absolutely adorable and keeping Tilly on her toes. They are spending most of the time 'play fighting' LOL sooooo cute !
