Merry and Bright Candy Canes

I've been playing with my scrummy Glitzcraft Glitter Paste again


For the elements on this card I used a Christmas theme stencil from Glitzcraft which contained these two candy canes, a sprig of mistletoe and a bell and holly corner. 

Once the Glitter Paste was dry, I fussy cut out the candy canes.  I then embossed the front of a 6 x 6 base card using the Snowstorm embossing folder by Sheena Douglas - this folder is one of my favourites.

I then attached the canes to the front, stamped the pennant shaped sentiment from a set by Stampendous using SU! Raspberry Ripple ink before cutting out and attaching.

A simple design, but I am pleased with the finished card.
