Welcoming a New 'Mrs'

Good morning and welcome to Sunday.  As I promised in my post yesterday, today I'm sharing details of a gift I created for the Bride who's wedding I attended recently.

I'm not a jewellery maker or beader, but I'll try my hand at most crafting, so this is my first venture into making a gift with beads.

I wanted to create something for the new 'Mrs Mackeen' to be given to her at breakfast the day after the wedding.  This is what I came up with, using stretchy beading thread and a scrap of organza ribbon.

I'm told she was 'delighted' with her gift and that made me happy - easily pleased that's me Ha Ha

Thanks for dropping by to see my project today, I've been busy at my 'table of craftiness' and have a few more projects to share with you over the coming days.

Hugs

Such a thoughtful gift, Wynneth. Is there nothing you won't try? Hope you will share some of the pix of the "do" too

I bet the new Mrs was thrilled Wynneth . . . I know I would be! Your 'first' project with beads too . . . I would never have guessed! Can't wait to see what other projects you have to show us. I hope you're having a lovely weekend and have a great upcoming week! Hazel xx
