Today's project is a Birthday card I made for another of my purple-loving crafting pals who celebrated her special day recently.
I used Gelatos to add colour, blending with a baby wipe, plus Seedless Preserves Distress Ink. I then added some Glossy Accents on parts of the image. The image was then matted and layered over a larger piece of white linen finish card and then over an even larger piece of black card before attaching to a 6 x 6 basecard.
For the sentiment I used Rubbernecker stamps 'Freehand Phrase Set #900 which includes the drawn square and a number of sentiments which fit perfectly inside the frames. Stamped using Onyx Black Versafine ink onto a scrap of white card, cut out then coloured using more Gelato.
The design finished off with some gems from my stash.
I hope you've enjoyed today's project, would love to hear what you thought of it. Have a great day whatever you have planned.
