Teddy's a Christmas Star
Welcome on this Bank Holiday monday dear reader, I hope you are spending a lovely long weekend and having lots of fun. I always feel that once this holiday is over, we are then coasting down into autumn and winter, with Christmas just round the corner. I know I need to get a bundle of christmas cards made, so you will be seeing quite a few posted up on on my blog in the days and weeks to come when you visit.
This cute little chap is a Lilli of the Valley stamp and I just love him. He's coloured with Copics and Promarkers, with Stardust Stickles on his star and Glamour Dust over Glossy Accents on his hat. I embossed the darker green layer and the white and green strip with a 'Crafts Too' star pattern embossing folder. The stars were cut using a nestabilities star die set from scraps of the double sided card I used for all the layers.
This week's Just Cute Bears challenge is to include embossing in your project, so I am entering this card for their challenge. I used the sketch from this week's challenge on 'Stamp Mad and Loving it' on Craftbubble which asks us to use stars on our projects, so my card fits this one too.
I don't usually try to fit my projects into multiple challenges, but this card fits right in for both of them without too much effort!
Thank you so much for visiting today, I do appreciate your support.
