Tilda With I ♥ ProMarkers

Over on the I ♥ ProMarkers blog this week, challenge #12 is to follow the sketch provided and create a new project.  This week's prize is sponsored by Die Cut Dreams - a great incentive to enter this challenge!

For my DT card I decided to use this cute little Tilda stamp from Magnolia.  I just love her cute boots and the frilly petticoats under her skirt.

I coloured her with ProMarkers then cut her out using a circle nestabilities die, allowing just her legs to pop out over the edge of the circle. The image was then attached over a layer cut from dark green pearl card using an inverted scallop nestie and Stickles added to the frills of her petticoat.  I cut a scallop circle layer from pale green pearl card and attached the image layers over this before adding to the base card.

The cute cupcake background paper is from the 'Sweet Nothings' pad by Papermania and the lace was from my stash.  The lovely flowers are from Wild Orchid Crafts and I added some Diamond Dust to them - I have to say that this is one of my favourite products at the moment!  A couple of pieces of Magnolia gem garland were added either side of the flowers.  The sentiment is from a set by Papermania and cut out with a small circle nestie and attached to a layer cut from the dark green pearl card using a slightly larger petite scallop circle nestie.

I do hope to see an entry from you for this week's challenge, everyone is welcome.  Just add a direct link to your project via Mr Linky on the I ♥ ProMarkers blog and keep your fingers crossed!

Thanks for visiting my blog today, I do appreciate your support and if you'd care to leave me a comment I would be even happier !

Gorgeous Wynneth and thank you for detailing how you did it - that is so useful to us less experienced crafters. I just love your colouring and your way of putting cards together (that's enough creeping!). Hugs Cherry X XX
