For my DT card I chose this really fun Penny Black stamp called 'High Spirits' - isn't it adorable? My inspiration is the song 'I Believe I Can Fly' by R Kelly - one of my favourites.
The image is coloured with Promarkers with touches of Spica Glitter Pen and Stardust Stickles added to her wings and around the edge of the image layer. I attached it over a slightly larger mat in SU! Garden Green cardstock.
The background paper is from a 12x12 pad by g.c.d. called 'Spring all over', it has some yummy glittery bits which sadly aren't showing up in the pic. The paper is so busy and pretty that I didn't want to cover up much of it with extra layers or elements, so just added three flowers punched with the MS large hydrangea punch, and added amber gems in the centre of each. I think she looks like she's flying over the rainbow in the bottom left so I guess I could also have used 'Somewhere Over The Rainbow' as my song title inspiration !
