I just returned from walking my little dog Tilly on Plymouth Hoe. It is such an absolutely glorious day I just had to write about it! The sea was really calm and there were just a few wispy clouds in an otherwise clear blue sky. Even at 10am this morning, the air had just a little freshness and the sun, although low in the sky held a promise of more heat to come. The sun's rays were glinting off the water, where a few boats were lazily skimming across the water. Truly a day to give thanks for our blessings, I know how blessed I am to live in such a beautiful part of the country.

Now, to my latest card, shown above. This is my second entry for this week's Let's Get Stamping sketchie challenge over on Craftbubble. I decided to stick with the same monochrome theme with a touch of red, that I used for my first entry. So, this little Greetings Farm image was coloured with ProMarkers in various shades of grey (who would dare to suggest this might hint at a self-portrait!!) with a tiny amount of red used on her bow, to tie in with the red Prima flower, brad and luscious red strawberry charm, which I bought from Elaine over at Quixotic Paperie. I followed the sketch quite losely this time, using the flower as the circular element and black ribbon in place of the tag, with a touch of crystal glaze to highlight her bow. No glitter or sparkle on this card, and no sentiment on the front so that it could be used for any occasion.

What a gorgeous image and you have coloured her in really well. Well done on winning some blog candy you are very lucky. My husband was in Plymouth yesterday trying to sort out a job but all went pear shaped especially as he was suppose to be staying overnight too so lost the money he had paid - nevermind though he is going to get the care home to reimburse him as it was their fault!

hasn't it been a glorious day today! we had to go to Bodmin hospital for my consultants appointment, but the drive through the Glynn Valley was beautiful with the trees just starting to turn.
Another fabulous card and that charm - well you should enter the CCT theme with it!
