Teddy Christmas

Here's my third entry for the Let's Get Stamping weekly challenge over on Craftbubble using the sketch and including distressing.
This cute little Christmas teddy image was sent to me by a friend and I coloured him with ProMarkers, adding a touch of Spica glitter pen in black on his eyes and nose.  I added some Diamond Stickles, dusted with Glamour Dust, to the fur on his hat and the star in his hands to give them extra sparkle and dimension.  Sadly, this doesn't show up too well in the picture.  The BP's are from the Dovecraft Victorian Christmas 6x6 paper pad and I have heavily distressed them with inks and a file from my distressing toolkit.  I also stamped some swirly snowflake images from a set of Christmas stamps from Elusive Images with a Fired Brick distress ink pad.  I layered him up on a piece of red mirror card, which I cut out using my deckle edge nestabilities die, the image was also cut out with a slightly smaller die from the same set.  The sentiment is from Cuddly Buddly and the flower, ribbon and 'jingle bells' are from my stash.  Another card to add to my (slowly growing) stock of cards for this year!
